Foodie Smash Burger is a small smash burger kitchen at 24 Montri Rd, in the heart of Phuket Old Town. Every burger is smashed to order: a ball of imported fresh Australian Black Angus beef, dry-aged 180 days, pressed thin on a hot griddle so the edges turn crisp and caramelized while the middle stays juicy.
We keep the menu short and focused. The Classic, the Cheeseburger, Bacon & Cheese and our Thai Edition with gorgonzola cheese cream and cashew, plus crispy chicken, hot dogs and loaded fries. Our eight house sauces are numbered on the menu, from #01 House Sauce to #08 Caesar Sauce, so you always know what's on your burger.
For a special night there is the Wagyu Deluxe, a limited edition steak burger with A5 Kagoshima Wagyu sirloin, foie gras, shiitake and fresh truffle, finished with our homemade signature Umami sauce.
